  • 2 lbs frozen brussel sprouts
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • onion flakes

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen brussel sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Coat with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and onion flakes.
  • Roast in the oven at 400F for 40 minutes.
