I have been making this roasted Italian broccoli recipe for years as part of our annual fondue party.
And the best part of all is that this recipe only requires two ingredients – broccoli and Italian dressing.
Easy. Nutritious. Delicious.

Italian Roasted Broccoli
Equipment
- Large Sheet Pan
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen broccoli florets
- 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
- extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Lay out the frozen broccoli in a single layer on an oversized sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning.
- Roast the broccoli in the oven at 425F for 20 mins. Broil for 3 mins.
