Soy Maple Baked Salmon & Green Beans
This soy maple baked salmon and green beans recipe is an easy, sheet pan dinner that offers a nutrient-dense taste of sweet and salty.
Salmon is one of those foods that either you like or wish you liked because it is such a nutrient-dense blend of healthy omega-3 fatty acids plus a hefty dose of protein without any carbs.
If you are not a salmon lover (but you want to be), then let me suggest that this recipe may be a good place to start. The combination of soy and maple results in a sweet yet tangy taste of meat. To vamp it up try this recipe on the grill. If you are like me, then you need a simpler supper than firing up the grill, so this recipe is baked and takes a total of 6 songs on Pandora to make from start to finish.
If you are wondering about the music reference, I have a Pandora station for just about everything (because music is life), and making dinner is no exception. My go-to cooking station is “French Cooking Radio,” but if it’s football season and I am super tired by dinner time that it is likely Hip-hop or pop radio. It’s hard to fall asleep when you’re dancing.
