No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

Happy Friday! 

It’s FASTer Way Friday, and today I’m sharing a great recipe that makes the perfect snack for my FASTer Way clients for regular macro days and eaten sparingly on low carb days (macros are included per serving on all my recipes)!

These are one of my kiddos favorite snacks.

They can be eaten directly out of the freezer or lightly warmed in the microwave.

Peanut butter, ground flax, honey, almond milk make these the easiest nutrient-dense grab-n-go snack for work or for home.

They are naturally dairy and gluten free.

No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

These dairy and gluten-free no-bake chocolate chip protein bites make the perfect nutrient-dense snack for easy grab and go!
Total Time 18 minutes
Course Snack
Servings 20 Bites
Calories 85 kcal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 c rolledoats
  • 1/2 c collagen peptides (or 4 heaping scoops)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Using a cookie dough scoop, roll each scoop of dough into a ball and place them on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
  • Place in the freezer until the bites are hard.
  • Store in a gallon freezer bag and keep in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
