5 Ingredient Chicken Fajitas
These deliciously easy 5 ingredient chicken fajitas can be customized in a variety of ways that the whole family will enjoy.
We love tacos in our house. So much so, in fact, that we have designated one night a week to enjoy this culinary delight. Taco Tuesdays could include baked chicken enchiladas, slow cooker fajita salad, loaded nachos, or lately, it has been this super simple, 5 ingredient chicken fajitas recipe.
The base of this recipe includes chicken, taco seasoning, peppers, onions, and tortillas. We tend to buy the low carb tortillas and then top the fajitas with guacamole, cheddar cheese, French dressing, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, and hot sauce. Well, the boys like hot sauce. I prefer to be able to taste my food.
A tip for easier meal prep is to make the little chicken pieces in bulk and then refrigerate the extra for a different dish. We buy our organic chicken breasts from Costco.
Bon appetit!
