Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #15
Happy meal plan Monday! I cannot remember the last time Pennsylvania had 7 straight days of sunny, 70 degrees weather in April.
Last week was glorious.
You know it was cause for celebration when I let my parents treat us all to Roma’s pizza and subs at the park followed by Greco’s ice cream on a school night.
At one point I told my kids that their grandparents were ruining all future school nights for the rest of the year with such treats and Caleb goes, “Mommy they aren’t ruining life! Gram and BapPaw make life better!”
Not sure what Webster has to say, but I think Caleb just defined the word “grandparent” – one who makes life better.
Alas, we cannot bum food off of them every night, so here is our weekly meal plan for today’s meal planning Monday!
- Skillet Sausage & Peppers
- Beef Zucchini Spaghetti
- Slow Cooker Fajita Chicken Salad
- Slow Cooker Egg Casserole
- Creamy Tuna Flatbread
