2 Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken [Deliciously Easy]
With only 2 ingredients this deliciously easy slow cooker chicken recipe can be enjoyed on its own or shredded and used in dozens of recipes.
I am all for creating easy recipes that are not only delicious but also pack a nutrient dense punch. This 2 ingredient slow cooker chicken recipe is on the regular rotation. Night number 1 we typically enjoy it in tacos or by itself with a roasted vegetable.
The amazing thing about this recipe is that this teriyaki merinade gives it enough flavor on its own but it’s not so overpowering it cannot be used in other dishes. We are able to stretch the leftovers from this recipe to at least one more dinner if not two.
Our favorite dinner recipes to use this shredded chicken in include baked chicken enchiladas, chicken quinoa fried rice, baked nachos in the oven with cheddar cheese, diced peppers and onions, topped on cheese pizza with feta cheese and a little of the teriyaki marinade drizzled on top, chicken caprese quinoa salad, and several others that haven’t hit the blog yet.

- 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts, thawed
- 15 oz teriyaki marinade recommend Kinders brand
Instructions
- Place thawed chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Pour 15 oz teriyaki marinade over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 8hrs.
- Shred with 2 forks.
