Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta
The easiest pasta meal you will ever make – this slow cooker chicken pasta recipe is a cheesy, creamy one-pot meal.
Do you all use an Instapot? Do you like it? I cannot seem to convince myself of the value of the Instapot for a family because it feels like cheating on my culinary love – the slow cooker. I have 3 of them, and I use them.
Dinner, parties, get-togethers, travel, you name it. Anyway, I digress. This is not meant to be a slow cooker vs instapot post, but rather the easiest pasta dish you will ever make thanks to my love – the slow cooker.
Prepping the chicken takes all of 5 minutes, and then an hour before dinner you simply add the pasta to the top and let it soften into the chicken. It is DELISH and has become a go-to for my kids.
We use Banza chickpea pasta at home, and my kids have never complained about legume pasta.
Bon appetit!

It is super yummy!
This was so easy and tasty. I added the juice of a lemon, a little cayenne, switched the cheddar for shredded parm (my husband isnโt a fan of cheddar). I accidentally cooked it on hihih so it was a little dry, but was still was so good.
Today I made it for a friend, but I doubled the sauce and added sautรฉed mushrooms. Really delicious!
Oh my goodness Marianne this sounds fantastic. I will have to try your modifications. Thank you for sharing!
