Lay 6 chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken, milk, garlic powder, and salt. Pour over the chicken.
Add the shredded cheese to the top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. One hr before serving pour the pasta into the slow cooker and push the noodles into the liquid. .
Shred the chicken and mix together prior to serving.
