Happy Tuesday!
I’m delighted to be participating in the 2021 Spring Into Summer Home Tour hosted by @frenchcreekfarmhouse, and I hope you’ll visit all of the amazing bloggers on this tour!
You can find links to all of their homes in my blog post today.
As part of the tour I am sharing my go-to delicious and nutritious protein shake.
I make this shake approximately 4-5 days a week to help hit my daily protein goal, and I’m not sick of it yet.
Gracie drinks this every morning for breakfast, so it is a great option for kiddos too.
This shake can be make with dairy free milk or cows milk.
