I make this shake approximately 4-5 days a week to help hit my daily protein goal, and I’m not sick of it yet.

Gracie drinks this every morning for breakfast, so it is a great option for kiddos too.

Equipment

  • Hand Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c ice
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder recommend Orgain Whey Chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c 1% milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a large blender bottle.
  • Using a blender, mix the ingredients until smooth.

Notes

Macros Per Serving (1 Shake): 45g net carbs, 6g fat, 31g protein
