As part of the tour I am sharing my go-to delicious and nutritious protein shake.

I make this shake approximately 4-5 days a week to help hit my daily protein goal, and I’m not sick of it yet.

Gracie drinks this every morning for breakfast, so it is a great option for kiddos too.

This shake can be make with dairy free milk or cows milk.

Equipment

  • Hand Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c ice
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I recommend Orgain Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c unsweeteend vanilla almond milk or 1% milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a large blender bottle.
  • Using a hand blender, mix the ingredints in the bottle until smooth.

Freezing Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a freezer quart bag. Freeze. Place the ingredients of the bag into a blender when ready to serve.
