Skillet Sausage & Peppers
This skillet sausage and peppers recipe can be prepped, made, and served in 15 minutes for a quick and easy dinner!

Skillet dinners are some of my very favorite!
They can be prepped, made, and served in about 15 minutes.
The key is to find a large skillet.
This recipes makes enough for a family with little kids, but I would double for older kids with bigger appetites.

Skillet Sausage and Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb polish kielbasa sausages
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb frozen peppers (or 3 large bell peppers, sliced)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Saute the onion and peppers together in the extra virgin olive oil.
- Cut the sausage.
- Add to the vegetables along with the garlic and salt.
- Saute until the sausages and veggies are browned.
Freezing Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag except the olive oil. Freeze flat. Thaw prior to cooking.
