SKILLET SAUSAGE & PEPPERS RECIPE

Skillet dinners are some of my very favorite!

They can be prepped, made and served in about 15 minutes.

The key is to find a large skillet.

This skillet sausage and peppers recipe can be prepped, made, and served in 15 minutes for a quick and easy dinner!

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Servings 8 heaping cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb polish kielbasa sausages
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb frozen peppers (or 3 large bell peppers, sliced)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Saute the onion and peppers together in the extra virgin olive oil.
  • Cut the sausage.
  • Add to the vegetables along with the garlic and salt.
  • Saute until the sausages and veggies are browned.

Freezing Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag except the olive oil. Freeze flat. Thaw prior to cooking.
