What should I eat for lunch?

A midday dilemma every mom faces with dreadful predictability.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 red pepper, halved
  • 2 oz guacamole (mini cup)
  • 1/2 c tuna mix

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pepper in half.
  • Remove the top and seeds.
  • Stuff each half with 1/4c of tuna mix.
  • Spread the guacamole on top of the pepper halves.
