Triple Berry Protein Shake
With 30g of protein, this flavorful triple-berry protein shake recipe is a delicious boost of belly-flattening, muscle-building protein.
I believe protein is the secret to sustainable fat loss and living lean and fit.
I also believe protein shakes should include flavorful ingredients that I can pronounce and count on one hand; recipes that are healthy and bursting with flavor and do not taste like grass (for the love, keep kale out of my drinks).
This triple berry protein shake recipe happens to be Gracie’s favorite which makes the large bag of frozen triple berries from Costco exceptionally convenient.

Bottom line, my very favorite protein is Orgain Clean Whey. And my favorite hand blender? This immersion blender is from Amazon Basics. It is surprisingly budget-friendly for how heavy-duty it is. Pump it gently up and down in a large wide-mouth mason jar and it results in a deliciously frothy, creamy shake.

Triple Berry Protein Shake
Equipment
- 1 Immersion Blender
Ingredients
- 3/4 c triple berry mix, frozen
- 1/2 banana
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder recommend Orgain Whey
- 1 c 1% milk
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a wide mouth Mason Jar.
- Blend with immersion blender, pumping up and down until creamy and smooth.
