Some Kids Cuddle With Teddy Bears
And some with purple minion backpacks.

And then there’s Caleb.
Caleb has maintained strange sleep habits since he was born. As a toddler, he insisted on sleeping with his trucks and dinosaurs. I replaced a John Deere tractor with a pillow so many times I gave up.
Now he sleeps with a rubber hippo named Barbecue; a funny Christmas gift that was given to Lily 2 years ago that turned into a household favorite.
Did you hear my announcement this week on the podcast? My team and I are hard at work developing a program with a proprietary curriculum to help YOU, my fellow busy women, learn how to harness the transformative power of an early morning routine. That amazing, vibrant feeling you get when you work out first thing in the morning? What if you could enjoy that every day?
Sleep training, quiet time practices, exercise accountability, and pro fashion formulas to beautify on the fly!

Zach and I enjoyed a lunch date at Panera this week. I got my Panera favorite – a Greek Goddess Cobb Salad.
Gracie was teaching Caleb how to partner dance, and it was highly amusing.
Watch out ladies, he is already in training.
This week, I was interviewed on the Sync Your Life Podcast with Jenny Swisher. We covered the differences between domestic and international adoption, fundraising for adoption, and what the journey has looked like for my family as we adopt a child from Samoa in the next year.
I also celebrated the 100th episode of the imPERFECTly emPOWERed Podcast! Did you hear the news? If you are a busy woman who would love to sleep better, stress less, have exercise accountability, learn easy fashion formulas (hair, makeup, outfits) to beautify on the fly all while empowering another woman to raise funds to adopt a child, then you do NOT want to miss this!
I also shared one of my favorite protein shake recipes! With 30g of protein, this flavorful triple-berry protein shake recipe is a delicious boost of belly-flattening, muscle-building protein.
