Key lime pie is one of my all-time favorite desserts.
It is a go-to for a last-minute sweet treat.
The 4 ingredients in this no-bake key lime pie recipe is including the graham cracker crust.
If you want to make a homemade crust (which I HIGHLY recommend), then be sure to make the homemade graham cracker crust included in the recipe.
A homemade graham cracker crust is incredibly easy to make thanks to my secret weapon (keep reading).

Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe

If you do not have one of these “choppers” by Good Cook you absolutely must.
For less than $10, this tiny tool packs a punch. From breaking up hamburger meat to crushing crackers the GoodCook Chopper has become a must-have tool in my kitchen!
Make sure your final mixture is very creamy and smooth but don’t over mix it.
As per the recipe, it can be refrigerated or frozen.

Easy Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
Homemade Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 pkg graham crackers (9 sheets), crushed
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/3 c sugar
Key Lime Pie
- 1 tub light whipped topping
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c lime juice
Instructions
Graham Cracker Crust
- Soften the butter and mix in the fusgar and crushed graham crackers.
- Press into a greased pie plate.
- Bake at 375F for 7 minutes. Allow to cool.
Key Lime Filling
- Whip together the sweetened condensed milk and the lime juice.
- Gradually add the whipped topping and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Pour directly into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream and shaved lime peel as desired.
Freeezing Instructions
- Prepare as directed. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze for later.
