Cream Cheese Blueberry Pie (Or Any Fruit!)
This easy no-bake cream cheese blueberry pie (or any fresh fruit) with a delicious chocolate drizzle is a fabulous cool and creamy treat.
Cream Cheese Blueberry Pie (Or Any Fruit!)
This recipe has been a family favorite for many years and originally came from my dad’s mom.
Gramma would make these pies every year for Christmas, and now I am tasked with making them!
As we stick to all-natural ingredients in our kitchen, you may have noticed that all my whipped topping is by Coco Whip. Whatever artificial ingredients make up Cool Whip they also keep the topping more firm and “whipped.”
You will find Coco Whip does not set as well, and the trick is to use it directly from the freezer. Otherwise, your pie will not be set. I learned this the hard way this past Christmas when I forgot and used it out of the fridge. The pies were more like pudding!
That being said, directly from the freezer, and it sets well. I just let it soften slightly before serving.
Also, you may notice instead of melting chocolate to drizzle over this pie I actually heated up a spoonful of my leftover chocolate fondue from Christmas. This fondue can be deep-frozen for a long time!
Bon appetit!
Cream Cheese Blueberry Pie (Or Any Fruit!)
My cooking philosophy is to keep it “healthy and easy.”
