Dairy Free Coffee Ice Cream
This delicious, creamy homemade coffee ice cream takes 30 minutes to prepare and is naturally dairy and gluten-free!

Now I know what some of you may be thinking. You are here because you love coffee, and let me assure you, you are in the right place. We are all about Jesus, family, friends, and coffee over here (in that order), but you are also wary because you saw this ice cream recipe is “dairy-free” which for some may cause concern.
I understand and assure you that as someone who is not restricted to a dairy-free diet and is an avid lover of coffee – this creamy homemade ice cream recipe is delicious.
The secret ingredient is full-fat coconut milk. I don’t even like coconut, and I still love this recipe. The coconut flavor is minimal and not nearly as strong as the overall taste of coffee. A little hint – a scoop of this ice cream makes for a delicious “creamer” in a hot mug of coffee.
The other tool you will need in your belt is an ice cream maker. Years ago for Father’s Day, I got Zach this ice cream maker, and it is still going strong.

If someone have no ice-cream machine then what is the solution ?
Hmm, not sure one can make true homemade ice cream without the maker. If you come up with something let me know!
its possible and relativelly easy to make Icecream without a Machine. Use Organic Cream and if you have a blender mix all other ingredients well together, before freezing it, if not, just mix by Hand. Then put in Freezer and make sure you take it out 2-3 hrs. before you want to eat it. It works like Banana Nice cream, The Trick is to not freeze it for too long and if it is, then let it thaw so one is able to eat it. It helps to blend it after its been frozen. But i made this with freshy harvested Strawberries and just 3 Tbsp of brown Sugar and Organic Cream and blended it before i froze it and it worked wonderfully.
Thank you for sharing Ester! This sounds amazing!
Ah Addition to my Comment: For those who have no ice maker: Either freeze overnight then take it out from Freezer and let it thaw but in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs. b4 you want to eat it. Or freeze it only for 4 hrs. intead overnight. 🙂 If you want it really smooth after thawing blend it again for a few minutes.
