Did you know that there is a difference between a peach crisp recipe and a peach cobbler recipe? I didn’t.
Truthfully, the thought never crossed my mind despite the fact that I make two very different recipes. A crisp is a fruit layer topped with more of an oat streusel, and a cobbler has more of a cake-like topping.
This easy-baked fruit crisp recipe is light without a lot of sugar and is perfect topped with vanilla ice cream.
Today, not to be confused with a peach crisp, I am sharing how to make a peach cobbler – the more traditional, old-fashioned way.
Butter, flour, and sugar never tasted so good.
Bon appetit!
