Homemade Graham Cracker Crust

graham crackers (9 sheets), crushed

butter, softened

Key Lime Pie

light whipped topping

sweetened condensed milk
1/2

lime juice
Instructions
Graham Cracker Crust
Soften the butter and mix in the fusgar and crushed graham crackers.
Press into a greased pie plate.
Bake at 375F for 7 minutes. Allow to cool.
Key Lime Filling
Whip together the sweetened condensed milk and the lime juice.
Gradually add the whipped topping and mix until creamy and smooth.
Pour directly into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add a dollop of whipped cream and shaved lime peel as desired.
Freeezing Instructions
Prepare as directed. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze for later.
