Ok friends, you know that whole “delicious AND nutritious” philosophy we have in our kitchen over here?
Well, I just want to clarify something. This recipe is all delicious and not a bit of the nutritious.
Nada. Zilch. This is a splurge recipe where a little goes a long way.
That being said, this is a go-to for vacations or a weekend with my kids where I am looking for fun things to do together (which is what was happening in the pictures below!)
So grab your kiddos or your grand-kiddos and make some memories in the kitchen with these delicious cookie drop brownies.

Cookie Drop Brownies Quick Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 box cookie mix
- Plus all other ingredients needed for boxed mixes.
Instructions
- Mix together the brownie batter. Place in a greased 8×8 glass baking dish.
- Mix together the cookie dough. Place 9 evenly-spaced, rounded spoonfuls onto the brownie batter.
- Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins.
