Hi friends! Happy meal plan Monday. Does anyone else feel as though this time of year always ends up in chaos?ย ย
The weather is getting warmer. School is wrapping up.
Vacations, get togethers (or a large fundraising gala) are fast approaching and all of the details that come with.
Here is to a week of getting ourselves sorted out (or maybe itโs just me).
This week on the menu we have some new additions to the rotation [to note these are not all dairy and gluten free, but modify as needed]!
- Fajita Salmon and Green Beans
- Sheet Pan Candied Pork and Carrots
- Slow Cooker Beef Steak & Roasted Brussels & Sweet Potatoes
- Honeyed Ham Flatbread
- Slow Cooker Egg Casserole
