Are there any football fans out there? My Philadelphia Eagles are officially going to the Superbowl again, and for some extra fun fanfare they are playing the Chiefs whose head coach, Andy Reid, was the loved head coach of the Eagles for 14 years. Regardless of whether you are a Superbowl party planner or not, this baked turkey sliders recipe is a delicious addition to any party spread.

In addition to the sauce, one of the secrets to this recipe is using Hawaiian rolls. They add a yummy sweet to the salty, buttery deliciousness in every bite. In an effort to work smarter not harder, when I make this recipe I bake a 9×13 and then make another 9×13 using a tin foil pan that I wrap and freeze for later.

When making these sandwiches from frozen you can increase the temperature to 400F instead of 350F and voila, easy, delicious baked turkey sliders ready in minutes.

Bon appetit!
