Super Exciting News
The imPERFECTly emPOWERed podcast moved from the top 3% of health and wellness podcasts to the top 2.5%. This may not sound like a big deal, but moving up is hard when you are in that top couple of percentage points and as I am all about celebrating the small wins then I am raising my glass (of decaf espresso) and saying thank you.

Is Pokemon all the rage in your house? My kids are obsessed. Last weekend we snuggled on the couch all morning and enjoyed a lot of Pokemon trading, and then Lily hosted craft time.
As usual it was highly entertaining, and we were never sure what was coming next.

This is my happy place. 5 of us reading on the couch. We lasted a whole 20 minutes before Lily pushed Caleb for one reason or another. Be it crazy or calm, I love these moments.
Over 25 years of friendship here and we’re still finding every excuse we can to get together. This night out was to celebrate a birthday and ongoing remission from cancer.
If you enjoy the Superbowl, raise your hand. If you are excited to watch the Eagles win again, raise your other hand. All the hands are in the air over here. The above pic was my kids doing a happy dance when the Eagles scored their first touchdown last week. Fly Eagles fly!
