Equipment

  • Sheet Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 16 oz bag frozen cauliflower and broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Lay the chicken breasts and frozen vegetables in a single layer on a greased sheet pan.
  • Coat with the olive oil.
  • Mix the spices and rub into both sides of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle onto the vegetables.
  • Bake at 425F for 20 mins then broil for 3 mins.
