Coffee Chat & Front Yard Football
Happy Saturday! Grab a cuppa jo and join us for a look at the week in review including some fall front-yard football fun.
In between dance, acting, piano, and musical rehearsals, Gracie is being nominated student of the month. Not to mention she keeps looking older and older. <sigh>
She has been working so hard these last two months, and this weekend she is finally enjoying her first musical production. It is not too late to get tickets, and if you want to see her play the lead then join us at CAVOD theater next Saturday October 22 at 2p or 7p to watch the incredible musical of Tale Of Two Cities.
No Zach is not drunk and yes we are rocking some serious “groutfits” (gray-on-gray outfits), but this random pic snapped by one of my kids makes me smile. And let’s all appreciate that beautiful smooth, shaved face. No more football season beard! His team will not be making playoffs for the first time in a couple years, and this tired coach’s wife is not sad about it (sorry boys).
Lily helped me with her first DIY project from beginning to end! It was so sweet working together on this pallet project (she is modeling the back of the project here). Stay tuned for this super fun project reveal that is SO easy to do! You will want to grab the next pallet you see for sure.
October in PA is my favorite month. The leaves are changing to bright shades of yellow, orange red, and deep purple. The sun still shines warmly during the day but cools down at night.
Which causes some wardrobe confusion for sure as noted in this picture. Caleb in t-shirt, bare feet and shorts. Gracie in winter coat, leggings, and fur lined boots.
A question Zach gets asked a lot as a football of 8 years – when is the right age to sign up my son for football? His answer is not until 5th or 6th grade because until they are older they can learn as much throwing in the back yard as they can on a field.
