Coffee, Conversation, and Cardio
It’s another Saturday of coffee, conversation and cardio not to mention only 7 more sleeps till Christmas! Woohoo!
I am sure this week has been stressful for many, but between work, renovations, and Christmas festivities I took a much needed break during one of my workdays and got a run in.
I shared it on IG stories, but if you haven’t heard me say it before a cardio endorphin blast is a natural technique to aid in reducing the physiological effects of stress and anxiety. When you sustain a heart rate > 130bpm for 20-30 mins there is a natural release of endorphins in the body that simulates the effects of pharmaceuticals.
Get it done!
Gracie had her first ever acting showcase last week, and I can’t wait to share the videos wit you next week. She did an AMAZING job.
