It can be made in tons of different ways, but this mint and chocolate combination is a crowd favorite every time.
The secret ingredient to these delicious cookies – pudding.
I know. I know. You are shocked.
But it is the addition of the mini Andes mints bits that especially elevates this particular recipe to “most loved’ status.

Mint Chocolate Pudding Cookies Recipe

Mint Chocolate Pudding Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3 oz instant chocolate pudding
- 1 c salted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Andes mints bits
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Place rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375F for 8-10 mins. Do NOT over bake. Will seem doughy when they are first removed from oven. Allow to cool.
