Whipped Key Lime Parfait
Fresh and light, this whipped key lime parfait dessert recipe is a delicious burst of flavor that can be made and ready to serve in minutes.
Two elements of a dessert sure to make me fall in love are key lime flavor and whipped creamy texture.
This recipe is a delicious marriage of my easy key lime pie recipe and my whipped cream cheese pie recipe.
In this post, I layered the whipped mixture into a large trifle bowl, but it also can be split among 5-6 glasses. These Mason jars make for the cutest parfait glasses! Also to note, if you are making 6 individual parfaits you are more likely to need an entire sleeve of graham crackers, but if you are making one large trifle bowl, then you may or may not need quite so many crackers.
But truly the amount of graham crackers is up to you. In our home, I prefer fewer graham crackers in mine, but the kids and Zach liked to sprinkle more in theirs.
Bon appetit.
