Fold in the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla into the cream cheese mixture and whip until thickened.
Gently mix in the lime juice.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of the glass. Top with half of the whipped key lime. Sprinkle a second layer of the graham cracker crumbs. Top with the second half of the whipped key lime. Garnish the top with more graham crackers.
Serve right away or chill as desired.
