Happy meal plan Monday!  We got back from the cabin yesterday and per tradition, we got our family Christmas tree last evening.  

It is one of my favorite Christmas time traditions.  Hot chocolate, music, twinkling lights, and the fragrance of pine needles.  

As is true for so many of you, this season brings with it a mix of joy and sadness.  

2 years ago today, my best friend of 20 years died of breast cancer.

In my grief, I also experienced one of the greatest blessings I have ever known.   A message of hope that I knew I was meant to share.  

In Heather’s honor, I share this story every year on the anniversary of her Heavenly birthday.

In loving memory – a best friend’s Christmas tribute.  I pray our story is a breath of fresh air of Living Hope no matter what your circumstances are this Christmas season.
