Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #13
Happy meal plan Monday! Saturday I was able to do my workout on the deck which is always a super exciting moment.
It’s an exciting moment around here because it means spring is really around the corner.
I also spent the day weeding my garden beds, and I cannot wait to plant them! I built them last year and didn’t have time to plant them, so I am excited to actually use them this year.
I have 4 4×8 ft raised beds, and so far I’m thinking 1. Strawberries 2. Caprese/Pesto Garden (cherry tomatoes, basil) 3. Garden Salad (Peppers, Cucumbers, Cilantro, Large Tomatoes), and then I have no idea what to plant in bed 4? Any ideas? Maybe raspberries?
This week on the menu we have
- Egg Roll in a Bowl
- Sheet Pan Honeyed Salmon and Carrots
- Slow Cooker Tomato Beef Steak & Baked Sweet potato Fries
- Easy Granola Acai Bowl & Bacon
- Easy Beef Stew
