“Deck the halls (and porch) with boughs of holly, fa la la la la . . .”  Join me on this year’s Christmas front porch decor tour!

Our front porch this year is a mix and match of decor I have used in the past.

These are canning jars that I repurposed for Christmas by adding sand and spraying the lids with gold spray paint.

They all have battery-operated candles inside that have a remote for turning on and off.  I only turn them on when we have company.  I use them to line the entryway.

The crowning glory of our front porch is without a doubt the old 7 person toboggan sled that I grew up using at my grandparent’s farm.

My grandfather creatively added brakes/steering handles to the back.  As you can see it was well-loved and experienced one too many crash landings!

Nothing but “warm” memories of Christmas and winter from this piece.

My grandmother found these ice skates at a thrift store and gave them to me for decoration purposes.  I used the skate’s laces to tie on a Christmas ornament.

The chairs on either side of the door were a fun find at a local used furniture store.  I love finding unique ways to use these each season in my outdoor decor!

One day I envision a sweet little outdoor niche with these vintage iron-backed cuties at our French Country Home.

I love using fresh greens and the majority of the greens were cut off of the bottom of our tree or picked up off the discard pile at the tree farm!

These planters have stones in the bottom to keep them from blowing over, and I use them for fall and winter.

In the fall I put mums in them, and here again I added the leftover tree branches and cut up along birch branch and added them vertically.

Super EASY!  The little wreath was another thrift store find.

I hope the smell of freshly cut pine branches gets you in the Christmas spirit like it does me!
