Happy meal plan Monday!ย ย Thanks so much for voting in my IG stories last week on which flooring you liked for the basement.
#1 came out as everyoneโs top choice, and I agree. Itโs a nice combo of warm tones with some gray as well.
The key is to keep it light in this space, so thatโs what Iโm trying to balance as well as much as I like the warmer tones. I just donโt want it to be too dark.
I appreciate the help! I want to buy the flooring before I stain the reclaimed oak bar tops I was telling you all about on Instagram.
I will pull a color from the floor to stain the wood.
The bathroom has officially been framed out, and this week the plumbers will finish the rough-in (run all the lines without hooking anything up . . . )
We didnโt get a whole lot done this weekend, but we did go through and pull off all the leftover insulation backing from the joists, removed the staples, and prepped the electric.
Yesterday I put up a poll on wall paint, and there was a resounding vote for Silver Strand instead of Simply White.
One day at a time!
