Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #32
Happy meal plan Monday! We are rolling into this week as relaxed as Lily buried in the sand . . . actually that’s a lie. This week is a little cray-cray.
Zach starts football preseason, I am catching up from a week off of work while trying to get the house and kiddos ready for the next school year.
I love vacation and summer and sunshine, but I am not going to lie I look forward to the order and structure of the school year especially now that I work full time from home.
Not to mention, fall is my favorite season which means it does not take much to convince me to get out my pumpkin spice candles.
Are you team summer and sunshine or give me fall, football, and pumpkins?
For dinner this week I am making:
- Slow Cooker Tomato Beef Steak
- Easy Vegetable Beef Stew
- Creamy Tuna flatbread
- Banana Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal & Chicken Sausages
- Baked Chicken Enchiladas
MY COOKING PHILOSOPHY IS TO KEEP IT “HEALTHY AND EASY.”
