I was SO excited to get this charcuterie board and knife set for Christmas! Charcuterie boards are my favorite thing. My favorites are blue cheese, sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, aged gruyere, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, small containers of jam, roasted almonds, pistachios, and crackers.

I have really enjoyed playing around with new recipes in this air fryer. This was a gift for Christmas, and I am still getting the hang of it!
