Meal Plan #106 & Hair Spray Hacks
Happy meal planning Monday! Enjoy this week’s healthy recipes and 4 hair spray hacks that you can use around the home, especially on your clothing.
Contrary to popular belief, hair spray is not just for your hair! It actually has many uses from removing stains to preserving wreaths. Here are a few everyday, practical uses for hair spray:
Reduce runs in pantyhose
Keep a travel-sized can of hair spray in your bag for pantyhose runs on the go. While hair spray won’t fix the run, it will prevent it from getting any worse by strengthening the fibers.
Preserve a wreath
When you buy a fresh wreath, it’s green and lush, but as time passes, it can start to shed needles and look dry. To make your wreath last longer, grab a can of hair spray and spritz it all over. This helps trap the moisture in the needles.
Remove ink marks from clothing
Your toddler just went wild with a ballpoint pen and it got on your clothing. Add hair spray to the stain, wait 30 seconds, and wipe the pen right off.
Repel static from your clothing
If static electricity is driving you crazy, spray your clothing with hair spray. Hold the can about 8 inches away and spray the inside of your clothes.
Now onto this week’s meal plan.
