It’s been a busy week, but the highlight for me has been recording the first several interviews for the imPERFECTly emPOWERed Podcast launching January 1, 2022.
I cannot wait for you to meet these amazing men and women – to hear their stories and learn from their expertise.

This week I shared one of my very favorite fall recipes which is the secret to making Costco’s delicious pumpkin pie. It is creamy and amazing.
For years my mom, my grandmother, and I have made homemade applesauce together each fall.
My grandmother wasn’t here this year, but it’s super easy to do! One of these days I will need to document it via a blog post, but the secret is picking just the right apples so you don’t need to add any sugar. My mom nails it every year.
Lily was teaching us anatomy with a board game, and her lesson was enlightening, to say the least.
