Happy FASTer Way Friday!
My FASTer Way to Fat Loss clients are gearing up for their first holiday season with the cutting edge nutritional and fitness strategies they have learned through my program – whole food nutrition, intermittent fasting, tracking macronutrients and carb cycling!
The number one question I have been asked the last month or so is ideas for healthy dishes to make over the holidays.
This is the perfect question because do you know what my number 1 tip is for healthy holiday eating?
Dial it in on the days you are in control of food.
Meaning you cannot show up to dinners, parties, and get togethers expecting that the host will cater to your specific dietary needs.
(And frankly if I showed up to a dinner party where green smoothies were on the menu I would run as fast as I could. Away that is. #hereforthedessert)
So on the days and evenings where you are in control of what you eat – dial it in! Be conscious and mindful of how you are fueling your body (this does NOT mean under eat) knowing that the next day will be full of food that is not typically on your menu.
