Merry Christmas 2020
Wishing you a merry Christmas with our family Christmas card and a 2020 Christmas round up!
Merry Christmas 2020
I wish I could send an old-fashioned Christmas card to every one of you. As it is I print and stamp 125 cards that go out to friends and family each year!

Never has a year been so aptly summed up in one family photo.
Zach enjoyed his 7th year of coaching football, this time for my alma mater, and mastered the virtual world of teaching high school computer programming from home.
As you all know I have plunged head first into the online realm of blogging and running a virtual fitness and nutrition business with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, and I love the challenge of it all! I was hired at a new hospital and am looking forward to cutting back hours and will only be in the ER once a week at the most.
Gracie is ever my administrative assistant in all things, and her curls are as bouncy as her upbeat personality.
Caleb is our resident sweetheart. His laugh remains a household showstopper, and his bright blue eyes are as authentic as his uninhibited little heart.
Then there is Lily. Arguably one of the cutest 3 year olds on planet, and Lord have mercy, it is a good thing too. Recently she came home from preschool with a report that she told the teacher she was “too busy to listen.” Someone send help.
I found this quote highlighted in a favorite book recently.
“He stirs up your nest. He disappoints your hopes. He brings down your confidence. He makes you fear and tremble . . . and all the while He is spreading His strong wings for you to rest your weakness on . . . that you would sink down and wait on Him and allow His Jehovah strength to carry you as you ride upon the wings of His omnipotence.” ~ Andrew Murray, Waiting on God
As Andrew Murray so beautifully reminded me, I pray that this Christmas you would sink down on the wings of Jesus and allow His strength to carry you as you wait upon the certainty of His faithfulness.
May you also know Him as the very real, living God I know Him to be for there is no greater gift.
I will be taking a break from blogging to be with my family from Dec 24 – January 3, but I sincerely look forward to seeing you all back here the week of January 4th.
Merry Christmas dear friends!
