Low-Calorie Recipe For Iced Tea (58 KCals/Glass)
With only 58 calories a glass and a fresh burst of lemon flavor, enjoy this easy recipe for iced tea all summer long.
Do you have a go-to drink for different seasons of the year? This easy recipe for iced tea is a family favorite and was passed down from my gramma. Every sip speaks of a warm summer breeze and evening picnics on the farm.
There is a story about this iced tea recipe that my Gramma loves to tell. It happened many years ago during Cousins Camp – an annual weekend for all of us cousins on Gramma and Grampa’s farm without parents. I shared all about our Cousins Camp tradition on the podcast.
During one of the early years while we were eating dinner my little sister was sipping this iced tea and she looked at Gramma and said, “Gramma, your iced tea is really good even if it doesn’t have any flavor.”
I am here to tell you that this lightly sweetened iced tea is in fact quite good with just the right amount of lemony fresh summer flavor [and my sister agrees].
Bon appetit!
