I cannot believe it has taken me this long to share Caleb’s bedroom renovation from our French Country Cottage!

Here was Caleb’s room according to the MLS sheet when we bought the house!

We were thrilled to find such gorgeous oak hardwood floor underneath!

Painting time! We painted his room “Weathered Windmill” by Magnolia Home, and I LOVE it. I would use this color again.

Walls are primed and floors are sanded! I designed a custom mix for our floor stain. Read all about it here in How to Choose the Best Farmhouse Style Floor Stain.

A hack for a pullout bed! We kept one of the toddler bed mattresses and slid it under the bunk bed. When Caleb has friends over this way we have a quick extra bed!

Easy storage idea here. Use hooks and hang laundry baskets from the wall!

That little dresser was a storage unit from IKEA that I have had since college. He is quickly outgrowing it, and in fact, is about to get an upgrade here soon (thank you Wayfair)!!
