Purchase Policy

On the Websites, you may purchase physical products, created by AF (the โ€œPhysical Productsโ€).

On the Websites, you may purchase downloadable digital products created by AF, including the Early Morning Habit Program (collectively, the “Digital Products”). The Digital Products are delivered in electronic format.

On the Websites, you may enroll for an ongoing membership in the Early Morning Habit Membership Program, which is delivered electronically and billed on a monthly basis (โ€œMorning Stars Membershipโ€).

Physical Products, Digital Products, and Membership are referred to collectively herein as the โ€œProducts.โ€

The Early Morning Habit Program

On the Websites, you may purchase enrollment in the Early Morning Habit program (โ€œ6 week Early Morning Habit Programโ€). This initial purchase of $127 provides you with access to the New Member Early Morning Program for six weeks. After the conclusion of the program, you will no longer have access to the portal or the New Client FASTer Way Program Materials.

You may request a refund for up to 48 hours after you purchase the New Member Early Morning Habit Program.

Early Morning Habit Morning Stars Membership

On the Websites, you may purchase an Early Morning Habit Morning Stars Membership. To enroll in the Membership, you must first complete the 6-week Early Morning Habit Program. The Early Morning Habit Morning Stars Membership is a monthly $27 fee.

On the Websites, you may purchase a 6-month or 12-month membership with the 6-week Early Morning Habit program for a one-time payment of $259 or $343, respectively.

After you have enrolled in the Morning Stars Membership, no refunds will be authorized after the monthly fee has been charged. To avoid incurring additional fees, you must cancel your membership 14 days or more prior to the next billing date. To cancel email info@earlymorninghabit.com. This email must be sent to initiate your request. Upon cancellation, your access to the Early Morning Habit will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund for your 6-week Early Morning Habit program within 30 days of purchase. After that, no refunds are available.

Morning Stars Membership may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your member account will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid. The Websites do not offer refunds after the monthly fee has been charged. You may avoid incurring additional fees by canceling your Membership 14 days or more before the billing date.

License For Use Of Products

All Products available for sale on the Websites, including Digital Products, were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission. This includes all resources provided within the Products, such as meal plans, challenges, or trainings.

Your Membership And Access To Early Morning Habit Program Materials

To access the Early Morning Habit Program or VIP Membership, you will receive a login to the app via email. This login is personal to you only. Sharing your login information is strictly prohibited.

Please note that your purchase is not for lifetime access to the materials from the Early Morning Habit Program or the Morning Stars Membership. Upon cancelation of the Early Morning Habit Program, your access to the materials will be revoked upon the expiration of the period for which you have already paid.

Arbitration
