Instructions
Heat a tiny amount of olive oil in a small frying pan and place one egg.
Sprinkle the hemp hearts, salt, and garlic powder onto the egg while it's cooking and flip once it starts to bubble.
Toast the bread. Spread the jelly and then place the cheese. Top with the fried egg! Add bacon to the sandwich if desired or eat on the side!
