cubed ham (½” thick 8 oz deli slice)

smoked gouda, shredded (8 oz)

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (12 oz)

1% milk

c
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2
tsp
dried thyme

garlic, minced

honey mustard

Instructions
Cube the bread and place on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Top with the cubed ham, smoked gouda, and half of the cheddar cheese.
In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, and seasonings.
Pour slowly over the bread, ham and cheese pressing the bread with your hands as needed to evenly soak up the egg mixture.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight as needed.
Freezing Instructions
Add all ingredients to a freezer safe 9x13. Cover and seal and place in deep freezer. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake as directed above.
