Need a SUPER EASY sweet treat? With only a couple of ingredients, this mint Oreo ice cream cake is homemade and absolutely delicious.

tubs of whipped topping, lite

chocolate oreos (2 sleeves)

mint extract
Instructions
Crush all of the Oreos in a bowl and set aside.
Layer a glass 9x13 dish with approx 12 ice cream sandwiches.
Mix 1 tsp mint extract with 1 tub whipped topping, then add half of the crushed Oreos and mix.
Spread this mixture over the first layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Layer with another 12 ice ceam sandwiches.
Mix 1 tsp mint extract with the second tub of whipped topping. Spread over the ice cream sandwich layer.
Finish by garnishing the top with the rest of the crushed Oreos.
Freeze for approximately 1 hour prior to serving. Enjoy!
