Easy Oven Pancake (Pannu Kakku)

Instructions
Melt the butter, and pour into the bottom of a glass 9x13 pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients really well.
Pour the mix into the center of the 9x13 dish so the butter is evenly distributed around the edge (this is what creates the delicious crispy edge).
Bake at 450F for 20 mins. Turn the heat own to 350F and bake for another 5 mnutes or until the edges ar crispy and browned.
Top with syrup, powdered, sugar, berries, peaches or fruit of your choice.201
