store bought pie Crust

vanilla

egg

egg yolks
½
c
1 % milk
16
oz
can 100% Pumpkin puree
¼
c
sugar

c
heavy cream
½
tsp
salt
1 1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
cloves
1/4
tsp
ginger
1/4
tsp
nutmeg
Instructions
Mix all the pie ingredients together.
Pour into the pie plate. Stop pouring when the filling is slightly below the crust as the filling will rise.
Bake at 325F for 1 hr. Allow to cool for 2 hours.
Refrigerate. This will help it to set as well. Warm prior to serving. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream!
Freezing Instructions
After cooled wrap tightly with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil. Allow to thaw overnight prior to serving.
