or sour cream

Instructions
Peel and cube the potatoes (or leave the skins on if you like)
Place in a 6 qt slow cooker and add the water, garlic, diced onion, and bouillon cubes. Cook on Low for 6 hours.
After done cooking, use a mixer and blend potatoes with salt, pepper, butter, cheese, greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
Garnish with chives as desired
