Instructions
Place 8 slices of bread on a greased extra large cookie sheet.
Spread approx 1 tablespoon of pesto onto each slide of bread.
Mix together the tuna, mayo and sugar. Spread approx 2 heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto each bread slice.
Top each melt with 1/2 slice of cheddar cheese.
Broil in the oven on high for 2-3 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbling.
