Place 2 chicken breats in an 8x8 baking dish. Drizzle both sides lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic poweder, onion powder, and salt.
Bake at 425F for 20 mins then broil for 3 mins.
Slice the tomatoes and the mozerella.
Slice the cooked chicken breast lengthwise in half and then cut the chicken breast down the middle to create 4 thik slices of chicken.
Place the chicken on a plate, then layer the tomato, mozerlla and fresh basil. Repeat once more to finish stack. Drizzle 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette over the top.
